A rare but annual vagrant in The Netherlands, mostly during spring migration in May. This site obviously is very good for (rare) waders, considering previous finds here of e.g., Marsh Sandpiper Tringa stagnatilis, White-rumped Sandpiper Calidris fuscicollis and Pectoral Sandpipers C. melanotos, one of which actually was discovered together with this Broad-billed!
